Small Singing bird cage by Karl Griesbaum in original box

When wound by the captive key and the start/stop lever actuated, The cage is key wound and operated from a lever to the side of the base. The bird sings, moves his head from side to side, opens and shuts his beak as he sings and lifts and drops his tail feathers.
The  bird with feathered plumage in predominant tones, sits on the gilt brass T perch.
The perch is decorated with twine swags and  leaves and flower heads,  under the gilt metal domed circular cage with hoop and boss top. The start switch with stop/start but also a pause, intermittent feature which will allow a full 10 second silence and pause of all action and sound for a superb natural element.
